Ok so im trying to see if what I have even IS milia? I recently as of like December started getting self conscious of my under eyes but noticed these bumps like teeny skin tags- is that considered milia?? I wanna get under eye filler but I wanna first remove the lil bumps they look like tiny skin tags 😑

WHAT ABOUT SUNSCREEN. With the stuff we are putting under our eye we (I specially) get sun damage and little sun spots on those sensitive areas without suns cream protection. Will that give me Milo’s

i don’t have milia but i always put moisturizer under my eyes to prevent wrinkles and lines forming under my eyes which does help but should i use a retinol eye cream instead
