depending on the temperature out and what season it is I'm sleeping with barley a sheet on and of course fan on high with your side piece next to you. What's this 8hr of rest business you speak of?

I can't believe there are actual "what is a duvet" comments. I am from the US... I know many people who use duvets (including myself). They are comfortable, but not protecting me at all 🤣

There are plenty of duvets here in America, but most people hate dealing with tieing all the corners and taking it on and off the blanket inside. We have top sheets between our bodies and the blanket.
