Goes back to pre large supermarkets... My parents always bought 1/2 lamb or cow... Need to go back to this and avoid. Supermarkets

We buy half a bullock once a year. With our own lamb and half a pig once a year we only go to the supermarket once a month 👍

my mum used to do this in the 70s and she invested in a chest freezer. in fact we were looking at that from our local butcher, who is also doing this and going to split between us.
