real I had this issue but one day I believed in princess cadence and I did it trust (it took around a month and a half with persistent tries to stretch I think)

I moved up to 6g made the decision to move back down but then I tried to take it out and decided it would hurt more to move it than js leave it there now she's doing rlly good

use gloves or some thing to cover ur hands while stretching it could be ur hands and if theyre oily it helped me a lot and it goes fast 😭
