Wow how many months? I also walk 1-1.5 hr 5x a week. i started 31 days ago and i lost 14 pounds! Im so excited to lose more!

Amazing! On days I lift weights which is 4 days a week I walk for 30 minutes every other day I walk for an hour. This is working for me and I’m loving.
