You can’t arrest him for doing 20 over the speed limit. That’s not how the law works. You just get a ticket for that.

My last ticket was 104 in a 65 and I got a ticket then sent on my way 😂 then went to court and the DA just wanted a guilty plea, so I took a 30 over at the end of it
