I wear long sleeve 90% of the time working outside or on the farm so I never noticed this 😂 Covered in hay or 💩 with no clothes is much more miserable 😂

Makes perfect sense! When I was younger I'd ride horses with my grandpa and he always wore long sleeves. He said it insulated him from the sun and actually kept him cooler.

I did this same thing UNTIL the hot 🥵 flashes kicked in; it’s like h€££ exploded inside your body minus the fire 🔥. Some days the smoke 💨 is even present depending on who & what the situation🫣🤣

Buy UV tshirts, and long sleeves. Surfers use them. They are cool and meant to protect you. I have to buy them for my kid, because her heart med, she gets sun poisoning.
