The question is how do they know that the chemicals water reactive but don’t know what the chemical is, there’s not too many chemicals that are water reactive, especially to this degree.

I'm on access rd right by almond rd, I usually don't get sick .... and now my throat is sore, nose is runny, I've been coughing. My son was already sick cause of allergies but it's worse now..
