Today I’m sharing with you one of my family’s favorite dishes Albondigas 😋 using @knorr Chicken and Tomato Bouillon. #knorrpartner #knorrtastecombos #albondigas #albondigasrecipe Albondigas caldo recipe: Sauce: 6 tomatoes, 1/2 white onion 3 garlic cloves 2 tbsp of oregano 1 tbsp of chipotle puree salt Broth: 2 tbsp of chicken bouillon 2 tbsp of tomato bouillon Vegtables: 8carrots 3 zucchini 12 potatoes Meatballs: 5 pounds of ground beef 1 1/2 diced white onion 4 diced tomatoes Bunch of mint leaves 1 cup of rice 3 eggs pepper 1 tbsp of chicken bouillon Instructions: boil tomatoes & onion for then minutes. Cut the vegetables potatoes, carrots, zucchini and reserve. Dice up onions, tomatoes, and chop up mint leaves, mix in with ground beef, add rice and eggs, season with pepper and chicken bouillon, mix and reserve In boiling water 16 qts add 2 tablespoons of chicken bouillon and 2 tablespoons of tomato bouillon. Make sauce with the boiling tomatoes, onions, garlic, chipotle puree, oregano and salt, blend now add it to the broth. Start forming the meatballs (albondigas). Add meatballs to boiling broth and cook for 15 minutes, add vegetables, cilantro and boil for 10 more minutes now it’s ready ! Enjoy!!!!!!
