its obviously because of gear, muscle got stronger, tendons didnt, tendons physically couldn't get stronger than natural limit, that's why you shouldn't blast on gear.

It’s not the elbow wraps, it’s because he has his elbows flared out. You need to tuck your elbows in.

connictve tissue takes alot of time to grow
steroids pump up your muscle strength
but your connictve tissue is still weak
which gives you a false sense of strength
