Add all the ingredients into a blender and mix until smooth 2. Pour into greased glass containers or ramekins. Top with berries (push them into the batter a bit) 3. I made these on the stove top like normal pancakes and they are so good! Topped with vanilla Greek yogurt, sugar free syrup, and frozen blueberries. Even my toddler liked these!
