I did some digging and in in order for an animal to make good cheese you need the following: 🔬 Milk composition - in order to make cheese you need the right balance of protein and fat 💪🏼 🥛 Milk quantity - some animals may have the right composition, but good luck getting enough milk from a dog to make cheese 🤪 😳 Milking ease - even if an animal has the perfect composition and great teats, it doesn’t mean they want to be milked 😅 have you ever tried milking a cat? I didn’t think so… Because cows, sheep and goats check all three of these boxes nicely they are the main cheese options available!
