It honestly just looks a bit shocked, maybe a tiny bit more light so her soil dries out quicker? you can also use something to poke holes and aerate soil

The more sun it gets the more water it will drink. Put it closer to a window to dry the soil faster but not in the direct sun to avoid sunburn Did you spray the roots with a bit of peroxide before you repotted it.

it may be in shock. repotting more than once is stressful. for future reports, go on YouTube and find a good aeroid mix you can make. but, for this monstera, just give it time.

I would air it the soil by adding a couple of holes and putting it in a warm place to hopefully draw some of that moisture out
