They shouldn’t be allowed to look on eBay cos if we wanted to buy it off eBay at the same price then we wouldn’t bother going in charity shops plus most of them pocket the money anyway seen it lots

I went into a local charity shop to buy five pieces of furniture over 400 quid the manager wouldn't knock a quid off so I left them they had been in the shop for months 3 days later I bought the lot

100 million tons of clothes, furniture and stuff like this are put in to landfill every year. Yet people like this are refusing to sell an old scratched cd for a £1.

What’s frustrating is charity shops can’t taken any more donations due to high levels of stock….. because of the high prices, lower the price, accept the donations and move the stock 🥴

And this is why I stopped giving to charity shops as only a very small percentage goes to the charity they call themselves and they are way to expensive for things that they get donated for nothing.
