@.foodgotmewasted: Empanadas 1 lb of ground beef 1 onion 4 cloves of garlic 1 Tbs Adobo 1/2 Tbs Garlic powder 1/2 Tbs Onion power 1/2 Tbs Chili powder 1 pack of Sazon Salt Pepper Oaxaca Cheese Goya empanada wrappers Frying Oil Instructions: 1. Throw the diced onions and garlic in your sauté pan at medium heat until they are translucent. 2. Then add your ground meat and seasoning until the meat is all the way cooked. 3. Fill the empanada wrappers with 2 Tbs of the cooked meat and heaping pinch of your shredded cheese. 4. Bring the edges together and press down with the tip of your fork until it is fully sealed 5. Drop in oil and cook until golden brown
