We’re currently in middle of inspection - my 4th since Nov 2022 as we are in special measures. Staff are exhausted. We are nowhere near a special measures school anymore- we do far more than others

Last Ofsted we had was in the June. SLT gave the staff NO feedback & we didn't get the judgement until the Sept. It was a 4 & we were asked what we, as a staff, were going to do about it. Toxic

You are not in the wrong job,itthe wrong system. We through 2 insp last same framework but night/day. 2nd had a unicorn inspector that was looking for the good- still felt like we’d be run over

It’s really tough. I sobbed at the end of day 2 of my first inspection as SLT. It was very very positive but I was just so utterly exhausted. Get some rest. I’m sure you’ve done a fab job!

Well done, we had ofsted last September. EYFS/Yr1lead and early reading and phonics lead it was intense and was exhausted!!! Take a good rest after x
