almost all rooftops are separate venues from the hotel so you don’t have to sneak up. you can literally tell them you’re goin to the roof

People don’t use hotels enough. When I lived in London I’d use the lobbies and cafes to work, use the bathroom, rooftop, etc. as long as you look like you could be a guest no one cares lol
