I imagine they just get so many applicants that they don’t get to it. Would at least be nice to hear back from them, but I get that it can be expensive to send thousands of rejection emails per role

I was just at a networking event where someone who was using Ashby said that they do have an AI tool which they use to parse resumes. you can give it up to 10 prompts 😬

That's fine, but there must be some prioritisation formula based on keywords and the JD, even if a rejection isnt generated. Also how do CVs get rejected in 1 minute after applying if not for bots?
