Now that a lot of CA cars are more fuel efficient we should use the same gas blend as other states. This would make it cheaper. Most of gas tax goes to roads/buses etc tho

it won't raise prices, all it's doing is requiring oil corps to increase gasoline reservoirs and capacity to the already existing production line for emergencies
