I don't think it's Ofsted that are the problem always (obv depending on the team you get) but the lead up to it, the demands that SLT put on staff lower down, the bad feeling, the extra work

we had them in the exact same time as you! I think part of why it was so stressful is the pressure we put on ourselves and how much we put into this job as I have to say the inspectors were lovely!

We have a school improvement partner through county and I so appreciate the positive professional relationship that he has with the school and how it can truly support us, wish Ofsted was like this.

From an early years nursery perspective I completely agree and the added pressure of nursery groups sending outer external people to do mok Ofsted's also add pressure but do somewhat prepare you..🙄
