How is ticket master the biggest company yet have absolutely zero systems in place to prevent things like this I’ve heard of things like this happing to everyone at some point and then they go and charge people large amounts of fees on top of it too

I wonder if this has anything to do with the TM data breach. You have to initiate a ticket transfer from your own account so I feel like those scammers must have been able to log into the victims'

I understand, but I go to the local mall, and their information desk has a Ticketmaster outlet. I pay cash for my tickets then they’re in my hand and there’s no alternate method.

Happened to us for a baseball game. The tickets were just transferred out of our account and StubHub was just like, “that sucks”. Those high fees they charge to guarantee them is a scam too

Same crap happened to me one time. I bought 2 tickets for $400+ off ticket master. When I checked the tickets, they were no longer there and I couldn’t log back into my account. Ticketmaster SUCKS
