they didn't drop a tool. They removed the fan to do the thermostat housing and bumped it on the engine

This why you don't buy an audi, no room in the engine area. To replace the termstat you have take off the bumper and grill Ac condenser

Should really hold that dealer accountable. Radiator wasn't leaking before taking it in, they would've noticed. Damage on the inside doesn't randomly occur.
