I was passing a truck once and the trucker decided to speed up as an oncoming truck appeared. I had to swerve to the left embankment to avoid a head on collision then get back into my own lane.

I've had one accident in my career and that's because I refuse to swerve. the guy ended up pit maneuvering himself into the jersey barrier across 4 lanes of traffic and lived. luckily roads were empty

This is why I have taught my kids to give the big trucks a lot of room, never cut them off or hang out in their blind spots. Let them over when they signal, they probably see something you don’t.

A lot of drivers shouldn't even have a license. there is a 4 way stop light near my house that confuses people. I'm like it's a light! It tells you when to go 😂

Trucker deserves blame. As long as I've ever driven trucks, a car isn't gonna push me off the road & i definitely wouldn't have driven in a grassy slope off the side at that speed hauling a tanker
