I got one like this a few years ago and my shoulders haven't subluxed since. my neck pain is almost non existent now. it was the best purchase I think I've ever made.

it takes 2-3 days to adjust to but if you work in IT or on a computer daily it helps reverse tech neck

I got this and I’m a side sleeper but I have to have my arm under the pillow. Still sleeeping sooo much better. My neck is way more supported
