whenever this happens i am far too aware that it is happening, ik why its happening but i cant control it and it makes the panic so much worse. my hands also start going numb and all along my skin. this has to be one of the scariest experiences ever.

I had my first panic attack yesterday and it was so bad that we nearly went to the hospital. For some reason it completely went away after I ate food. It felt like I was being ripped open from inside.

Does anyone else get hot flashes and feel faint leading up to a panic attack? This is something my current medication can’t prevent. There are also times when I experience waves of nausea.

this is the most accurate depiction of a panic attack. i also have these thoughts that something medical is happening to me. it also feels like i put my eyes in .5 lenses & the sharpness is turned up
