My dad just turned 91 yesterday. My mom passed six days before turning 87. My mom‘s advice was stay away from the doctors and hospitals for as long as possible.

My grandmother died at the age of 95. Never been to a doctor never had a mammogram she delivered for kids at home herself.

I’m 64 ,don’t go to the gym ,retired plasterer, don’t take any pill, drugs for anything, mobile do lots of walking , had 1 blood test ever , never had a tetanus jab only when a baby ,keep active 👍

What about the men who die as soon as or very soon after they retire? Is that because they didn’t go to the doctor or could it be psychological?

If people don't want to go to the doctor that's their decision. All Id say is my car gets a service once a year and I feel if I'm gonna look after my car like that why wouldn't I do the same for me

I gave up work after 43 years of heavy factory work .I'm 63 now and altho I have osteoarthritis im ok .My mother is nearly 89 and and has hardly worked but she is amazing

That’s funny— I told my friend that I didn’t feel any different at age 60. But I was starting to feel it at age 62 🤷🏼♀️it’s all making sense now! 😊
