how does she knows if you are using things one, two, three or more times. She needs to prove that before she can charge you for that and she can't because that would be invading privacy.

Notes aren’t good enough. Advertise with the photos of those notes in your airbnb app. Customer should have to pay already and come to see her notes and go back?
