Migas is when they are scrambled with eggs, like together chilaquiles are in salsa just the tortilla and add like crema, cheese etc

those r migas con jamon. chilaquiles are fried up tortillas with red or green salsa.

We call these migas. When I make chilaquiles we usually do red/green salsa, fried tortillas/nachos, cheese, sour cream, steak/chicken/eggs 👏
