Grew up on the coast, my dad was an independent custom builder, he built these style of homes primarily, they’re called ICF homes! Made to withstand 250+ mph winds. Your windows ect might fail but

Overseas houses are often build with much stronger materials. Not sure why not here especially in areas that have hurricanes and tornadoes. But in this case her windows are still glass + theresfloods

In Greece 🇬🇷 there’s no other option than to build with an excellent quality of concrete. In this way you have a strong house that lasts over 100 years 🥺 we have earthquakes here
