@jujumaoo: Chicken Caesar Kebabs?!! 🥗 Everything is better with rice ep. 4 | Caesar Salad *This is just an experiment! and not a traditional preparation of any of these dishes 👍 INGREDIENTS Caesar salad dressing:
- 1 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 tbsp anchovies
- 1 clove of garlic, finely grated
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 whole egg, cracked
- ¾ cup of neutral oil
- 1 tbsp hot sauce
- 1 tbsp mustard
- ¼ cup red wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp capers 
- salt & pepper Chicken “kebab”:
- ½ kg of chicken thighs ground
- ½ kg of chicken breast ground
- 1 onion, finely grated - 1 tbsp paprika - 1tbsp garlic - salt & pepper Toppings:
- romaine lettuce
- homemade croutons
- prosciutto (but can be omitted or replaced if you want the dish to be halal) 
- basmati rice INSTRUCTIONS: 
- Grate a whole yellow onion, and squeeze the moisture out. Add it along with the ground meat, along with paprika, grated garlic, salt and pepper. 
- Form these into kebabs and apply it onto skewers and grill until golden brown. Alternatively, you can place the kebabs in an oven at 450F for around 20-30 minutes.
- To make the sauce/dressing, in a bowl add all the ingredients listed under “Caesar salad dressing” in the caption. After which hand blend it until thick and creamy.
- Serve along with romaine lettuce, croutons, basmati rice, and prosciutto/bacon and enjoy! #asmr #cookingasmr #caesarsalad
