I worked in a call center and let them scream and act crazy and say I’m sorry sir/ma’am I didn’t hear what you said, would you please repeat that? And then I would do it again and again and again 😂😂

I was a rep at a call center and dealt with this, I became the supervisor a year after and whenever there was a call like this that’d I’d have to take over the caller was suddenly calm and nice lmao.

No I’d end the call. When I was in call center if they were talking disrespectfully, then you can tell them either you can stop talking to me that way and we can continue the call or I’m going to end the call and most of the time they would calm down, but if not, then I was just end the call
