بسبوسة الحليب المحموس اولا في تاوة على النار اضع علبة ونص من حليب البودرة واستمر بالتقليب على النار لما تتشقر اتركها تبرد واخذ منها مقدار علبة للبسبوسة المقادير بعلبة القشطة المعدن في زبدية : حبة بيض+ م/ص فانيليا + ٣/٤ علبة سكر + ٣/٤ علبة زيت + علبة حليب بودرة محموس + علبة قشطة اخلط لما يذوب السكر تماما اضيف علبة سميد+ علبة جوز هند ناشف + م/ص بكنج باودر+ ربع م/ص ملح اضعها بالصينية تروح على فرن حرا ته ١٧٠ درجة مدة ٢٠ دقيقة من تحت فقط واسقيها ب ٣/٤ علبة حليب مكثف محلى +علبة حليب مبخر واضع عليها علبة قشطة قيمر ٢٥٠ غ باقي كمية الحليب المحموس اخلط معاها ملعقتين سكر بودرة+ ربع م/ص ملح وارشها على البسبوسة بالصفايه واقطعها واقدمها بالعافيه
