Had a similar thing happen to me gave in a 45 pound smiltering buck and got 20 pounds of ground and I tried to get the rest but it “got lost”

My processor calls when he starts and when he finishes. Weighs it and tells you about how much you’ll get back based off bone mass percentages. Always end up with a pound or two more lol

some people don't have the time, equipment or skill to do the work and in those cases it is perfectly fine to hire out the job. I have the stuff to do it how I want so i do my own.

The place I go for snack sticks and summer sausage only takes meat if it’s bagged like this! Name tag goes right on the bags! Few days later he calls saying it’s done! No order is the same so i know.
