I was recently diagnosed with POTS and I've been struggling with figuring out the best electrolyte brand for my condition and the amount I should take. I had to get an IV saline infusion last week because of a really bad POTS flare up even though I've been chugging water and adding liquid IV to my water 3 times a day.

Ok ???. I live in Vegas (I’m new to this heat.) I use 1-2 packets when I work outside. And maybe 1 pack a day otherwise. Do you think this is too much?

So what can I do to increase my body water hydration level My scale says that it's low I drink plenty of water I was drinking electrolytes and doing pinches of sea salt like Barbara O'Neill suggests but my level isn't increasing except like a 10th a day
