Jess can I ask if your nan is in a care home or her own home as I have been looking after my father for 3 years but his dementia has progressed and they told me he needs to go into a care home

my fathers in hospice right now..he's slipping away from us a bit more everyday..it's the hardest thing we've ever had to watch. I love him so much...it's so hard. he's beautiful like your grams.
