@earnwithjennofficial: Day 30 update. Wearing the exact same thing was important to me for my before and after and I could tell my stomach went down. Jump roping was a random thought. I was looking for an activity that I could do for cardio. And actually stick to it. It needed to be something I could do anywhere at anytime. And not time consuming in order to see results. I highly recommend jump roping. Its helped with my knees. A lot of people say they cant because of their knees, stretch and start with 15-30 sec. And go up from there. Cardiovascular is on point now. If i could send everyone a jump rope I would.
