I made these for Christmas 2024 and they were amazing. I cut back on the heavy cream and only used 1/4 cup, and I cooked it longer and Also kept it covered 1/2 way through the cooking time. So good!

My dad makes them from scratch and idk how but he uses like mashed potato mix in the dough, they come out huge, fluffy and you can’t even taste the potato lol
