Maybe this is why the last few finals have been so wierd/easy. The challengers get to take breaks between stations, get full nights of sleep between days, etc.

I watched Race to Survive. Those competitors had AT LEAST 12hrs MANDATORY down time each day! I always wondered if Challengers had access to food & water. Anything for entertainment.
