Ceasar Salad) 🥗 We finally got there, what a legend Kate is ❤️ Ceasar Salad: - Grab 2 chicken breast (mine from @MagnessFarms) - salt, pepper & oil and roast for 20 mins (until internal around 70 degrees C) Dressing: - 1/2 cup or so mayonnaise (or yogurt for lower cal) - 1 tsp Dijon mustard - 3 chopped anchovies or the paste I used - 1 garlic clove - 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce - more Parmesan than you think is necessary - juice from half a lemon - pinch of salt & pepper to taste - 2 tbsp olive oil (if you fancy) Mix all of this together with sliced up romaine lettuce leaves - slice up bread into cubes and roast for 10 mins with oil and salt until crispy - mix all in a bowl with some shaved Parmesan and enjoy! (Add a boiled egg & crispy bacon if you can be bothered!!) #ceasarsalad
