depends on the job. I was a Certified Nurse Assistant. 5 days vacation up to 5 yrs then 10 days...after ten yrs 15days till u retire or quit 3 personal days a yr and sick days (FOR ME) 5 days...

I live i Norway. work 37,5 hours every week mon-fri,and have 4 weeks paid vacation every year + public holidays ofc. So this year thats 10 days extra days off with pay😅
