@davonwoodsfc: A Wichita home day care provider has been charged with abuse after one of her foster children suffered burns in the bathtub. The Sedgwick County district attorney’s office said Ija Hall appeared in court Tuesday morning and was charged with two counts of child abuse. She remains free on $25,000 bond. The Kansas Department of Health and Environment said one of Hall’s two foster children suffered second-degree burns after she admittedly made him set in a hot bathtub earlier this month. A second foster child had bruises and missing teeth, and her biological child had scratched and red marks on his body. Hall’s day care license has been suspended.
