my husband is Mexican....our son eats bean tacos, chips and cheese, cheese quesadillas and pinti beans by the bowl full. that's just what he prefers 🤷♀️

Throw tomatoes and a piece of onion and garlic in a blender and add it to the sopa instead of the tomato knorr for flavor & color .
