I wasn’t expecting much when I ordered originally but turned out to be really good for neck and shoulder pain. Improved my sleep. I am actually using normal pillow case too .

they are too hard, gave up on it after a few weeks. really wanted to like it but went back to a normal pillow

So far so good, feels a bit on the soft side but 🤞🏻 I haven’t had a headache since I’ve started using it & this was the reason why I bought one. So hopefully i haven’t spoken too soon 🙏🏻

reading these I can only say I must be lucky it's perfect for me the first time in a while I've woke up with no neck pain. Apparently snored less too 🤷
