Combine flours and salt in a mound. Use your hand to create a well in the mound and pour in egg mixture. Use a fork to combine until it makes a shaggy dough then hand-knead for about ten minutes until pasta is silky smooth. Let rest for a minimum of 30 minutes but up to overnight.
