@thelaurenohayon: Here is a lovely sequence to counter balance bra wearing. Feels divine even if you do not get bra-tension but rather want to do an upper body movement sequence for your pelvic floor. 1. Lie bolstered and swish your upper body side to side - getting looser and looser as you go 2. Place one hand across your forehead and use the hand to guide your head to one side as your knees drop the other way. Rest in a pause side to side. 3. Side lie over a pillow stack, inhale and rise up and reach away and then reach your arm overhead, turning your chest to the pillows 4. Exhale deep side reach ribs to the sky and then inhale to shorten your side body reaching your arm away 5. Propped on your elbow and the pillow - inhale to twist your chest open and look back 6. Exhale to curl your spine, twist your chest to the bed - head and neck release 7. Rest I do each thing for about 4-6 breaths. Enjoy. #yogateacher #yogateachertraining #pelvicfloorpt #somatichealing #somatic #nervoussystem #pelvicfloorexercises #pelvicfloorphysicaltherapy #pelvicfloordysfunction #pilatesathome #hormonebalance #selfcare #prolapse #pelvicpain
