Pre heat your oven to 180 °C 2. In a big mixing bowl, beat the eggs then add coconut milk, sugar and evaporated milk. 3. Add in the flour and mix well. 4. Grease your baking pan with butter. 5. strain and pour the mixture (make sure to have extra space to the rim coz it will puff up while baking). 6. Cover with foil then bake in 180 °C for about 20-25mins or until the middle is not wet. 7. Remove from oven. Brush the top with butter then sprinkle with sugar and grated cheese 8. place back in the oven without the foil for about 10-15 mins until the cheese on top looks golden brown. 9.
