Can you maybe do the poured blocks right behind the sea wall in that one spot? I know it won’t be as aesthetically pleasing as if it were all lined up, but with your talent (1/2)

What about a railing like the one you have up on the third floor but reinforced and with like plexi glass to prevent the waves from intruding

Could you just possibly use a different but lighter material to finish out the wall?

is there some type of composite product you could use to extend the seawall. Composite bricks anchored to the seawall would be strong & lightweight

I know it would be costly, but would you be able to do a concrete pad or something from the sea wall to the pool wall?

If you carried the wall to the corner, wouldn’t it force all that water to flood out your neighbor?

Maybe just a thinner wall to match the size of the seawall

It looks like larger rocks stayed, so maybe just some riprap and then put some sand on top of that if you want that sand look?
