Beat in eggs one at a time, add vanilla and mashed bananas. 4. Finish the batter Fold in flour and cinnamon gently until just combined. Add a splash of milk if the batter feels too thick - it should drop slowly off a spoon. 5. Bake Spoon the batter over the bananas and smooth the top. Bake for 35-40 mins until golden and a skewer comes out clean. Rest 5 mins, then carefully flip onto a plate.
