I just bought this last Week reading the instructions. Says don’t use during temps 50 degrees or cooler. Living in Washington State. So should I use this in Spring, summer time??

It doesn’t last it disappears after a while. I used it in the right temperature weather before winter and now in the middle of winter it’s gone don’t buy it.
