You need whole grain carbs, you just have to find breads and tortilla that have better nutrients or low carb. Like low carb tortilla or sourdough.

Carnivore diet is good for short term, you need carbs to workout effectively and for energy. Your brain uses around 50g of carbs a day just to function. I can’t have good workouts without carbs

that's exactly what I do. the carnivore is a bit much. just whole veggies and some fruit, preferably those lower in carbs.

i was 310 lbs after 3 months im at 250 now and i only eat meat veggies and fruits sometime some cheese (feta) with greek salade ! no precessed food nothing with sugar except fruits and f. i feel good
